Hi,
Quite often when we do things we forget to see the consequences especially in the long run.
As an adult we are responsible in ensuring the message transition from us to our children is fulfilled.
I felt so sad when I saw many people just thinking of themselves without considering what is going to happen next. This afternoon I was on the way back from wedding invitation in Kota Tinggi, Johor, Malaysia. There was a jam somewhere around the Royal Military College at Ulu Tiram. The motorists were queuing 'impatiently'. Myself included. But I saw some drivers just took a short cut by passing other queuing motorists on the emergency lane. That action made the jam's worse because they will try to get back in the lane at the front.
To me the situation is very simple - follow the rules, keeps the line in order, and of course keep our patient!!! But instead many motorists opted to cut the line inconsiderately. To them that just only one single behaviour that is cutting the line. They should understand that it seems like a single behaviour but the consequences are varied. When they cut the line they actually disrespect other people. The move would also causes disappointment of others as well. If something happen in between that could cause quarrel or fighting at the worse. If they can see this as one they would not even thinking of doing that.
The same situation goes in education. We need to always remember that every single action will cause other related consequences. In a simple term we should always consider to what ever we were doing or even thinking of doing it.
In other words...phew...its not easy to be an adult....
To me the challenges always put me into a more fascinating world...
Thats all for now...
