Hi Guys...
When we say that the relationships between the learner and the teacher is crucial, much need to be discussed as this can be understood in many ways.
I found that the bond between father and the children can be developed in various ways. I just want to share my little experience of developing the bonds between me and my children. I found that the connections need to be as close as possible. By having this we can transmit a lot of information and skills they require.
Having said that in my case I developed the connection in a very funny situation. Actually I cut my son's hair myself. I am not doing that to my daughter since my barber's skills is just for men....hahaha... I have done that since they were young...I mean when they started to have hair....hahaha....I cut their hair myself ever since. They likes my cutting style so far as until now they still wanted their hair to be cut by me. Although this practice is not done intentionally but later I found that does really nice in developing bond between me and my children.
Its an interesting time really when I managed to get to talk to them personally and closely. While trimming their hair I can talk to them...giving advice..sharing ideas...arguing things...and sometimes we share laugh together. Teasing out and joking are among other things we were engaging in and don't be surprised I managed to get to know so many stories about them. We learn many common things among ourselves....
I found that although I am quite strict in rules and activities they have no problem in observing and following the standard that I have set. I don't know so far because this have yet to be seen not until they reaches the specific levels like career world. I hope all we have done although unintentionally will be worthwhile and have positive impacts especially in the long run.
Lessons that I have learned from this is that we normally find so difficult to have a quality time with our children but by having this kind of activity I am sure that there are so much fun can be shared and to be explore with and at the same time the process of conveying messages will becomes effective.
Ok that's all for now..
Thank you.
